Want to start a club?
Please complete this form if you would like to start a club on our campus. Clubs request forms will be check each Friday afterschool. You will recieved a reply from Emma within 48 hours with the Da Vinci Connect Club Request Form. New clubs are contigent on Emma and adminstrators approval.
Steps to create a club:
Step 1: Ask a teacher or counselor to be your club's advisor
Step 2: Complete the 'Request a Club' form below
Step 3: Complete the DVCHS Club Request Form provided by Emma. The form will be sent to your school email
Step 4: Wait for an approval email from Emma (approvals may take up to 1 week)
